Sloane Addison Collection is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. 

Due to the uniqueness of these headbands, your individual headband may not be identical to the one pictured. Each headband is made to order which makes them extra special. 

Due to the handmade nature of our product we cannot offer any returns or exchanges. If there is ever an issue with craftsmanship, please contact us.
